We do! Our 7 day price protection policy will cover any price difference in the form of store credits. This however, excludes limited-time price reductions.

If you feel this applies to you, simply get in touch with us to redeem your credits.

Unfortunately, we do not have self-collection services available at the moment.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are delivered in Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to your delivery address.

All orders will be processed within 3 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing (pre-orders, backordered items, etc.) In-stock items arrive within 1-2 weeks of order receipt.

You can track your order 24-48 hours after it is shipped.

Gain confidence when ordering from us, with the option to amend or cancel orders within 48 hours of ordering.

Shipped orders cannot be amended or canceled as they are received and processed by the shipping carrier.

Eligible items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of delivery. You can check your eligibility here.

You can initiate a return or exchange through our Returns Center. please allow 24-48 hours for a response (excludes weekends).

*All customized items and sale items (marked as "SALE") are non-returnable.
